Mobile Mekano is a Swedish platform that connects car owners with mobile mechanics. The mechanic travels to wherever the car is — at home, at work or at the roadside — and carries out the work on site. There is no need to drop the car off at a workshop.

Mobile Mekano is a digital service where a car owner books a mechanic who drives to the customer's address. The platform connects the customer with the mechanic, shows the price before the booking is confirmed, and handles payment in the app.
The service is available to private individuals and businesses in FILL IN — the cities/regions served, e.g. Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. We do not carry out work outside this area.
Enter the car model, registration number and what needs to be done. If you don't know what's wrong, you can book a diagnostic instead.
You are shown either a fixed price or an estimate based on expected labour time and parts. The price is always shown before you confirm.
You choose when the mechanic should arrive and at which address. The car must be parked somewhere the work can be carried out safely.
The mechanic brings the tools and the parts required for the booked job. If anything additional is found during the work, you receive a new price to approve before it is carried out.
Payment is taken in the app once the work is complete. A receipt is sent to your email address.

We do not carry out work that requires a vehicle lift, alignment rig or other workshop equipment that cannot be brought to the customer.
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are FILL IN — choose: "including VAT" or "excluding VAT". The price of a booking is made up of three parts:
You always see the total before confirming a booking. If work is needed that was not part of the booking, you must approve the new price before it is carried out.

These are examples of what common jobs cost. The final price for your booking depends on the car model, the parts used and the actual labour time, and is shown in the app before you confirm.
Payment is taken in the app once the work is complete. CONFIRM — is the customer charged on completion or at booking? Must match how the Stripe account is configured.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment interface and are never stored on Zyntra Vision's own servers. All traffic to our websites and applications is served over HTTPS. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider.
Bookings can be cancelled in the app. The full conditions for cancellation and refunds, including what applies once the mechanic has already set off, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
